Welcome to Coffeepass, the provider of the Coffeepass subscription and app. These Terms of Service outline the rules and regulations for using our service. By accessing this website, app, and using Coffeepass, you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Coffeepass if you do not agree to all the terms and conditions stated on this page.

All prices are GST inclusive.

Subscription and Billing

• By signing up for Coffeepass (via website or app), you agree to pay the subscription fee as outlined.

• The subscription fee will be automatically charged to your chosen payment method at the beginning of each billing cycle.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time via the customer portal, accessible through the login button on the website or app, or via the link emailed to you upon signing up.

• Promotions or coupons may be provided to offer temporary discounts for the subscription product.

 

Refunds

• No refunds will be issued for partial subscription periods when a customer cancels their subscription mid-billing cycle.

• Coffeepass is not obliged to offer refunds if customers continue their subscription beyond a promotion period, but refunds may be provided on a case-by-case basis.

• Free trials may be offered for Coffeepass. By signing up for a free trial, you agree to be automatically enrolled in a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel before the trial ends.

• Only one free trial is allowed per person, and free trials are limited to new customers.

 

Coffeepass Drinks

• The drinks customers are eligible to redeem are listed on the pages of individual cafes on the Coffeepass website and app. Partner cafes and their offerings can be accessed via the "Partner Cafes" section.

• If customers violate this policy and order drinks not allowed by their subscription, Coffeepass reserves the right to charge an incremental fee to the regular subscription fee.

 

Intellectual Property

All content included in Coffeepass, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Coffeepass and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, display, or transmit any content from Coffeepass without prior written consent.

 

Limitation of Liability

We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information on Coffeepass, but we make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of this information. In no event shall Coffeepass be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or connected with the use of Coffeepass (website or app).
